Hi Mohamed,
The code should be placed in ThisAddIn.cs. ThisAddIn.cs is one of the files generated when you create a new Outlook 2007 AddIn project in Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio 2010. I reproduced all of the code on the page for completeness but as you may be aware the code at the end (starting with #region VSTO generated code) is automatically generated by Visual studio
