• Worked closely with key stakeholders (including a number of weeks in-house) to determine user requirements.
• Reviewed existing systems to identify potential problems and recommended improvements in design, especially database design
• Redesigned and implemented a budget (activity-based costing) system using MS Access and Excel.
• Performed ongoing updates to refine and improve the system.
