- Project to develop a web-based public inquiry intranet to record and report on customer questions, complaints and licensing
issues.
- Gathered requirements based on process analysis and discussions with key personnel.
- Designed a web-based, database-driven system that integrated with existing systems.
- Designed and implemented a database using SQL Server 2005 with normalized tables, appropriate views, and stored procedures. The
stored procedures drew data from two different databases stored on two different servers.
- Designed a web interface using Visual Studio 2008 and ASP.NET user controls, ASP.NET web services, cascading style sheets, AJAX,
and Crystal Reports.
- Built user authentication using existing Active Directory infrastructure.
- Tested systems under various scenarios.
- Supervised students who assisted on the project.
