Dr Castner started developing eLearning and flexible delivery solutions for the University of Queensland over 12 years ago. Our latest project, elearn.bsgroup.com.au is an elearning portal based on the opens-source Moodle platform. The elearning portal is designed to assist small businesses improve their online presence.
